Our Story
Defiance Distillery is headed up by Master Distiller, David Goethe-Hooper. From the age of 8 years old, he learnt the art of distilling from his Grand Father. David's passion has taken him to the United States to further his skills to become a Master Distiller which shows in his products. Defiance Distillery uses old school techniques to produce spirits of the highest quality which are unmatched in taste.
