This Barrel Aged Rum is rested in a combination of American and French oak Puncheon Barrels for at least 2 years.
An expression of true French Caribbean Style Rum that is sweet, woody and warming.
We only use Sugar Cane Juice and Raw Sugar to manuafcture and do not use any Mollasses which is the more common way to make Rum. This gives us a truly deep reflection of the Cane. Our ageing process in large format barrels also allows the spirit to mellow and age at its own pace, further enhacing the beauty of this Rum.
